Susan began her career in 1991 with a P&C agency in Ellicott City which was acquired by Potomac Basin Group in 2000. Susan has held a variety of roles within the company over the years. In January of 2016, Susan was promoted to Senior Vice President of Administration. In this role she oversees all aspects of accounting and office administration.

She performs a variety of duties which include payroll, commission processing, accounts payable/accounts receivable and general ledger bookkeeping tasks. Lorrie is also responsible for licensing and appointments for our internal and external brokers.
